A download center and notes describing known software errors and possible solutions/corrections are currently available. You are a customer and want to benefit from our support services? Contact us and we will take the necessary steps immediately. Alternatively, it is now also possible for one of your colleagues with access to the GIB customer portal to use the new form to request additional users for you to apply for access. We distinguish between users with access to the ticket system and users with access to the software download.
New email adresses
We have changed our customer portal and our email adresses. Matching our new web domain www.gib.world you can now reach our customer portal at https://portal.gib.world and of course as usual via our website. Our email addresses now also have the new ending @gib.world, and the scheme is also changing. Here’s an example:

Goodbye Dispo-Cockpit - Hello GIB Suite
We are not only getting bigger, we are also growing together!
Our common understanding of a global GIB also includes a common wording. For this reason, we have decided to lose the addition "Dispo-Cockpit" and go with the more simple „GIB Suite“ from now on. Accordingly, the building blocks of our development are not GIB Dispo-Cockpit Forecast or GIB Dispo-Cockpit Planning, but simply GIB Forecast, GIB Planning and so on. What will change for you? Nothing. Except that from now on you will have filled out the order forms for our modules much faster.
