The G.I.B customer portal contains several support offerings related to our software products. A download center and notes describing known software errors and possible solutions/corrections are currently available. You are a customer and want to benefit from our support services? Contact us and we will take the necessary steps immediately. Alternatively, it is now also possible for one of your colleagues with access to the GIB customer portal to use the new form to request additional users for you to apply for access. We distinguish between users with access to the ticket system and users with access to the software download.
